A strong Marketing and Project Management Professional, Nicole has over 20 years of experience delivering solid strategic plans that support internal and client growth initiatives. Nicole is known for her creative eye for detail and a solid ability to manage multiple diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nicole joined Mashup Lab in 2018 and was Employee #1! Nicole is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing Mashup Lab’s operations, HR and recruitment, client management and working alongside the CEO, focusing on scaling and growth opportunities for the business.
A graduate of Dalhousie University’s Bachelor of Commerce program with a major in Marketing and Communications, she most recently completed the Wallace McCann Institute Strategic Executive Program.
Nicole is also an entrepreneur and founded, with her husband, RONNIC Complete Builders – a residential construction company for which she oversees all the operations. Nicole and her husband live in their rural hometown of Bridgewater with their three children.
