Paul Wartman

Paul (he/him) is a creative community facilitator and farmer with his family in Centrelea, Nova Scotia, Mi’kma’ki.

He has worked with youth, adults and communities in creative self-expression, social justice, and agriculture for 14 years. His services have facilitated food banks, schools, unions, community groups, farms and many more to create people-based, cooperative and restorative action. He happily takes the Dream Business Program Facilitator role and manages our online Mashup Community.

Paul studied regenerative agriculture and community engagement at the University of Guelph, B. Sc (H) 2012 and M.Sc. 2015. Outside of university, he is certified in Permaculture Design and, as a Permaculture Teacher, is trained in Transition Town Initiatives, anti-oppression, and Creative Facilitation. He greatly appreciates all his teachers, mentors and friends who have helped him learn!
